Wendy Horne is a contemporary artist working in acrylics and oils and regularly exhibits with Odiham Art Group.

She always enjoyed art at school but then work, marriage and children limited the amount of time she could spend painting. Retirement gave her the opportunity to pick up a brush again and she has never looked back.

Before marriage she lived in the Thames Valley and loved the river, surrounding countryside and woods. She finds the constantly changing nature of these elements fascinating and a challenge to recreate on canvas.
