I cannot remember life without creating art.

Coming from an artistic family I was always encouraged to appreciate nature hence my love of painting birds, flowers and landscapes.

In between a career in banking, bringing up two children and helping with grandchildren I managed to fit in many workshops and art classes in which I gained a very varied range of artistic knowledge.

Watercolour is my preferred medium but will have a go at anything. Recently I have been using ceramic paint and enjoy the challenge of this different medium.
